Im a ftm & yesterday was my due date.
Doctor has scheduled me to be induced.
I am very nervous &scared.

Anyone have any induction stories they would like to share to a young ftm?

I was induced 4 years ago and you know what I cant remember any of it other then great boredom lol I know they put a drug of some sort inside and then I think maybe they pumped in something through a uv a few hours later. I had to walk around the hospital up and dowm the stairs lot's to try an get things going. I felt nothing other then the need to go home for 12hours then my waters went and 18mins later my son made a fast appearance while 2 midwifes stood in shock looking at him. I would say be prepared take something to keep you occupied in case it takes a while and goodluck :)
