Check with the airline as well. Some of them have policies in place that require you to have a dr note to fly at a certian point and every airline is different.
Get a pair of compression hose or socks for the trip. The high altitude while flying plus sitting for the length of the trip will cause water retention and swelling in your feet and legs.
Your doc will tell you if there's a reason you can't go don't stress it but at 30 weeks if the flight isn't really long it shouldn't be a huge deal. My cousin flew from georgia to ohio like 30 weeks pregnant with twins.

31 weeks is 7 months 3 weeks I believe. I personally think your cutting it too close. Is there any way you can see him this month?
Most doctors are ok with flying under 32 weeks.
As long as it's not a super long flight or international flight, you should be ok.
I'm currently in Miami from Houston for my baby shower, @29 weeks. The flight is not bad at all :)
31 weeks is how many months? Thank you for your help by da way. I jst really wna see him n start looking for a place to live over there wen I have my little girl.
My sister flew to costa rica from oregon at 7 months pregnant. If dr okays it then I would say go for it. Just have a note from dr saying that he has approved it so airlines don't give you a fit. I've heard of them trying to do that before.
