Is it possible im pregnant or pms?

so im suppose to get my period in 5 days. I took a cheap test this morning and it was negative (I may have put too much in the sample) but after a while a curved second line appeared.
the only reason I took a test so soon is because I never usually PMS . my period comes its spotty to heavy for 3-4 days then its done. only time ive experienced cramps was during my heaviest period days
im worrying because I had the signs of implantation bleeding (small amount of pinkish and brownish cm) for just a day last week. these last couple days I've been feeling sharp tingles on my side and lower abdomen sometimes near my cervix.  bleeding 2/7/19 (also got a negative test on this day)
I really thinking its impossible that im pregnant because I took a plan b in January .however, my partner and I have had unprotected a few times since then.
but to my understanding plan b only delays your ovulation so I should have at least gotten my February period. but nothing. last periods 1/19/19 took planB 1/28/19 (Weren't really trying to have a baby)
I also thought maybe ovulation symptoms but my cm is clear/whitish watery. a couple time I thought my AF came full throttle but just cm
but again I took a test and it was negative at first. until I was gonna throw it away and saw a dark pink curved line
I guessing an evaporations line or bad test ?  could this all just be my period ????

So, first, there are right and wrong ways to take/read a pregnancy test.  You have to follow the box instructions.  You basically pee and insert stick.  You can't have 'too much' urine when you do that so don't worry about too much in the sample. But a bit thing is to READ it at the appropriate time. All tests if you let them sit can develop an evaporation line that looks like a "yes" I'm pregnant line.  But you aren't.  That line just forms as the test sits. So, you read it typically about 10 minutes after taking it or whatever the box says and THAT is your answer. Not an hour later or something like that.  Sounds like you saw an evaporation line.

Now, taking plan B can throw your period and cycles WAY off.  It's a big dose of hormones and it can make you irregular for 2 to 3 months after taking it.

Maybe considering some form of birth control would be a good idea for you and your partner and then you will also not have to stress over possible pregnancy.

good luck
