I have heard the same thing but i also had a c section so i dont know about labor but it definately helped me heal faster espcially since i only had to stay in the hospital 2 days cause of recovering fast. I havent walked az much this time cause of the heat and extreme pain throughtout my pregnancy so im hoping i recovery fast this time too
They just say you'll have an easier labour if you keep for during pregnancy and your recovery will be ALOT better so Mabey start going for little walks & take a bottle of water with you if it's too hot
They say if you're not active enough your labor most likely will be hard and if you stay active your labor will be easy my first labor was a c-section but I heal really quick because I was active walkingand to support groups in pregnancy classes so I did a lot my other pregnancies as well as now I'm in two support groups one breastfeed in class I ride my bike and go swimming and I walk a lot
I don't know from experience because I had a csection due to complications but none of my friends did any exercise throughout their pregnancies.
