just so you all know...
Incase you didn't read my other post, I am heading into surgery in 2 minutes! Will be back to update hopefully in a few hours!
They say two, but who knows if it'll be up for it.
My hubby will likely come on to update a bit, but probably wont type much!

I'm alright, still in a bit of pain, but it's expected. I'm having more irritating pain in my spleen and just under my ribcage, from the biopsy's, instead of pain from the cerclage. lol
Tender and Sore is all. I can now only lay on my left side, which stops all pain, but standing, sitting or moving around causes pain. I thought that was weird.
I'm excited though for tonight, I get to dress up, and last time that happened was for a wedding last year...LOL...

I'm so glad you're home and doing OK! What a scare! I hope you're able to relax and take it easy through the end of the pregnancy. Enjoy your wonderful dinner tonight! Yum!
Well ladies, I am home. And had a huge breakfast lol! My hubby went out last night and bought this Chair that is a bed type thing, I would imagine this would be in a therapists office, lol but it's so comfy, for me to be lazy on! The kids like to jump on our couches, so I would be constantly moving.
Anywho ~ Biopsy results came in last night, and everything looks better then it did. However I will be having surgery when baby is born! They also wont let me go past 36 weeks, that's if I even make it that far!
I am eagerly waiting for dinner. It's 11 am now, and our dinner reservation is at 5 pm... We're going to the space needle!! Kids are being watched, and they have some of the best salmon!!! OMG!! my mouth is watering.... lol

well im glad everything went ok and that the antibodies aare working!! How nice was it to go back to your room and find the pics your kiddos drew you!! I love that!! Take it easy and dont do anything your not supposed to!! You have to take care of yourself and that lil bambino in your belly!! I have to go for a non stress tomorrow..my doc wants me to have oneevery tues until i have the baby to make sure everything is good!! ( which will give me piece of mind!!) Im hoping one tues i go in ill be having contractions!! lol...YAY haha...make sure hubby tends to you left hand and right!! ;) keep me posted hun..glad to here everything is going to be alright tho..lets hope the biopsy this time turns out ok!! :)

They must want to make sure you are stable etc. before they let you sleep...I haven't been through what you have and I feel like I could sleep for 40 hours lol

Shortly after my son was born 18 months ago, I was having this pain that felt like my spleen ruptured! Well, it was severely enlarged, and I also have ulcers in my stomach, that are closest to my spleen!
Well, over the last 18 months, it's been swelling and un-swelling...they've been checking my levels of blood...
Well, this is what we think set it off...
When I got pregnant, I got severely sick. I was diagnosed with Infectious Colitis... This may be tmi...but I was having more than 20 bloody bm's a day. My body was trying to kick my intestines and my stomach out! Not even kidding you! I've been on the medicines for all of that, and as soon as the medicine ran out, the antibiotics, I started having slight pains in my rib cage. I figured it was my ribs just spreading to make room for my uterus or something. Well, Yesterday I woke up, in horrible pain! It was even hurting to go to the bathroom! And the pain was worse then labor contractions, but it wasn't come and go. It was constant! I wasn't hungry, and tried to eat a piece of bread and it made me sick. So I eventually called my doctor, and he knows my history of everything, since i've had to have all records sent to him... And I went in, and surely enough wasn't having contractions.... They did an u/s and baby was moving, took blood, and in the u.s checked my spleen and it was measuring 10 times the size! Putting tons of pressure on my uterus, stomach, and my blood levels were skyrocketing!
I felt like I was about to die!
My husband kept telling me I was completely pale all day, and I felt warm but couldn't find my thermometer. Wasn't interested in using the rectal ones we have lol...

Updating time....
Well, I am back in my room. and I am impatiently awaiting food....lol So It's done. They also did another biopsy on my spleen. Waiting for those results.
When I came back in the room, both my kids had colored me pretty pictures! My daughter decided I need a bunch of letter B's lol....practicing our last name I think! But cute! And I have this lovely colored blob paper from my son! Precious!
They had said that, there was something funny going on with my blood count. Three different times today it's been quite random. The middle one was higher than the other two times. This is because of my spleen. Which means the antibiotics and stuff are working.
They gave my husband a stack of papers, with instructions for everything that needs to be done daily! I'll be having to inject antibiotics everyday! And I will not beable to do anything that will harm the baby. I can't even lift 5 lbs. How awesome is that? LOL... I will be receiving all my immunization shots over the next 5 days. Because you can't get certain ones on the same day, or time.
Every Monday I will have a u/s followed by bloodwork, a shot, and possibly MRI's. Mri's are up in the air until I get the results of this biopsy. U/s will only show so much of the spleen, and they really need to keep a close eye on it.
ugh....
I told my husband tomorrow I wanna go out somewhere to eat, because I deserve it after this ahaha.... he agree'ed but the doctor had to okay it since i'm not suppose to be near anyone. He said, one day would be fine! Try and keep it under an hour in a half.
