Japanese food

So my husband and I want to go to a Japanese buffet. But I'm not sure what I can eat or cannot eat. I've never been to a Japanese buffet so I'm not sure what kinds of food to expect but seafood. Anyone know what foods are allowed or not allowed?

No raw fish or meat. Everything else should be fine though. As my dr says chinese women eat chinese food when pregnant, mexican women eat mexican food when pregnant... i said well there really isnt any "american food" besides the hot dog... He said ya try and not eat those they arent really all that healthy but pretty much anything thats cooked should be fine. Sushi is fine too as long as its cooked.

Hines are you talking about the chicken that has the white sauce on it and is pretty sweet? Sounds gross but I always called it the *** chicken haha but I love it and the only Chinese place I found that made it closed. How in the heck do you make it ?!?!

My husband and I always eat japanese food..I love it. I always stick with the chicken or steak cause I know its safe,,Everyonce in a while I will have the shrimp. As far as sauces and things like tht go its all safe. The white sauce is mayo based so nothin harmful is in it...i make it here at home:)
