I feel like I'm having contractions but I don't know if they are or not and if they are what should I do??
It depends on how far along you are. If you are full term, I say just wait for a bit, time them, and go in if they are lasting a minute and come every five to ten minutes. If preterm, go to l&d to get monitored.
