So I'm Pregnant With My First Child. I'm 9 Weeks And I Want To Know Is It Okay To Lay On My Stomach?

I was a tummy sleeper before i got pregnant, and still slightly sleep on it. Im 36 weeks, and my doctor told me at the beginning of my pregnancy that as long as you are comfortable, you can sleep on your stomach the whole pregnancy.

Lay how you want until it's uncomfortable then it's probably not safe lol. I made it until about 26w and now I'm 35w definitely can't do that anymore

You Can Lay On Your Stomach A Till  You 20-22 Weeks... That What My Doctor Told Me...  But Ask Your Doctor  About It.

When I was 9 weeks I let my body do what it does cuz ur body has a protective thing over the baby. I slept on my stomach but when I started showing my body when I was sleeping didnt roll on my belly cuz its protecting the baby...I wouldnt worry about how to sleep until u start showing cuz right now ur 9 weeks and ur baby is still down under ur pelvic bone so its well protected. Thats what I did
