Hi there, you're not "only 37 weeks," you're 37 WEEKS! I'm surprised you got adequate sleep before now, so kudos to that! It's extremely common to get less and less sleep. You'll start (if you haven't already) getting extremely vivid dreams too. Between dreams, being overall uncomfortable, and possible excitement/anxiety, there's a load of reasons why you're not getting the pleasant 8+ hours each night.

It's for the best though! As a previous member wrote, your body is preparing for A LOT of sleepless nights and once you're actually up with your baby for various feedings, you'll realize that this part of the pregnancy was a great little initiation.

Yep, very common. May be natures way of preparing us for motherhood where we'll have many lack of sleep nights due to baby. Take a nap if you can!

35 weeks here and 2.5 seconds away from going crazy from lack of sleep. You're not alone.
