Left Ovary cyst

Hi,
My wife is 28 age years old, i have 1 child 5 years old (operation), before 2 year she has got operation of right ovary (it was infacted) so doctor cut it. And now she got a cyst in left ovary from July 2010 in 8 cm size. She is taking homeopathy medine, these are, R39, Calcare flour 6x, and from 15 day is taking oophorinum 6x. I want to know it can remove by homeopathy, and other thing about sex we do sex twice in a week, but she get pain while sex. We should do sex or not.
And after menstrue (monthly period) 6 or 7 days she gets clots (in brown colour). It is harmful we consult a Hompathy doctor, he gave another medicine for that.
please suggest about it

fluid filled cysts are nothing to worry about no matter how big they get, they will go away in time. Also birth control will cause more other problems to woman who are haivng lots of cysts. I suggest taking evening primrose oil which is natural to help. She needs to see a nuropath, is that whay she is seeing? The clots are OK and nothing to worry about either. If she has pain with sex then she should not ahve sex only if she does nto feel like it, it does not harm and sometimes sex can get them to rupture which is good and then they empty and no pain. SOme dr's will rupture them with vaginal ultrasound, ouch but I hear it works. I know some dr's say that cysts need to be rmoved and I was told this but I was told by and RE that they haurt nothing.  Did she have her tubes tied after the birth? that can cause cysts! It causes lots of problems actually,

I would ahve her get complete blood work up for her femal hormone levels to make sure she does not ahve PCOS poly cystic ovarian syndrome or endometriotis which cause pain with sex also. Thise if laft untreted can lead to cancer and major problems.

Its possible that she has endometriosis. Is the cyst blood filled or did they say it was a dermoid or functional cyst?  

She will need another operation to have it removed.

She should try going on the birth control to shrink it and see if the pain goes away
