Lifting During Early Pregnancy

I am still quite early in my pregnancy as I just found out yesterday. I am measured at 4w3d.
I work at McDonald's and do a lot of stock pull and freezer pull so my question is: should I be lifting heavy boxes or pulling heavy loads out of the freezer? Or does it matter this early on?

You can talk to your manager about it and ask it they can keep it to them selves for awhile.. If they break that, I'm pretty sure that's grounds for them being terminated... What an employee and their manager talks about is supposed to stay between them.. Not the whole crew

Thanks for your answers! I really didn't want to have to tell work about this considering I'm so early and I don't want the word spreading around yet.. But I have concluded that I will be notifying them.

Honestly with you being that early I would pick up anything to heavy when I was stocking for target (manager in cafe deli and Starbucks ) I was told not to lift anything heavier than a 5lb bag of sugar. So I wouldn't do it jis to stay safe . You don't want to strain especially with you being early. Congratulations  the it easy hunn

You can stay consistent with what you have been doing considering your body is already used to it as you get farther along you will have to do less of it but def ask your dr as well
