A front pack is also nice. When my daughter was born I kept her in that while we were shopping or just out and about because the baby stays warm and people don't feel the need to touch the baby. :)
I dont recommend stocking up on pampers as babies change sizes and can always end up allergic to a brand.. so I always suggest a gift card u can add money to every week :) You'll need a carseat, crib, mattress, bedding, bottles, baby medicine dispenser and thermometer. A swing or bouncer will help u alot and give baby something to soothe him or her so u can rest eat clean shower etc. U can go all out with clothing but it's definitely not necessary. I'd say 5 short sleeve onsies and 5 long sleeve, 5 sleepers, and bottoms and tops u can mix and match. Hats bibs socks and I think ull be good :)
