stress

Just curious, but people say stress is a big cause to misscarriages but how much stress, obviously everyone gets abit stressed. And last night my partner and I got into a big argument which really stressed me out a fair bit. So how much stress can we handle

No stress is good at all. I've had a miscarriage due to stress

You would have to be under a lot of stress all the time to actually suffer a miscarriage caused by stress alone. Stress releases hormones into the body that affect baby, such as causing the heart rate to lower. But there are many causes of miscarriage, I wouldn't worry about a little stress here and there.
