Lots of Questions

Ok, I'm full of questions and no one really to ask them to. I've browsed google and the forums for some time now, and I still need some answers. May 10th period came as normal, then a second one again in May, and one starting June 6th, ending on June 8th. During May, I had quite a bit of unprotected sex, also, and also during the bleeding in June, thinking it was my period.
I took Plan B during early May, and the 2nd period I had was due to it, which I'm used to. I've taken it before in the past, but my cycle has always been normal starting my next period. (I understand Plan B has a relatively high failure rate, and unprotected sex can result in pregnancy.)
I tested negative on the 9th, and again on the 18, but it was a day earlier than someone had recommended.
The more I read, the more I started wondering. Could the short period have been implantation bleeding, or possibly bleeding due to ovulation? Did the Plan B just entirely mess up my cycle? Like I said, it has never before in the past.
I've never had such an odd cycle, nor ever bled during ovulation. The week and a half following, I was feeling some strange things, on top of things I normally feel before my period, like abdomen felt like it was tingling, and my back was extremely tight. The last few days they've kinda gone away though, no more cramps, though my back has stayed tight.
Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your replies!
This is the first chance I've had to check my post. So I'd like to clarify a couple things.
The Plan B is *not* used as my primary birth control, ESPECIALLY not for $45 a pop. I've taken it before on a *couple* (rare...) occasions, and have had the same side effects each time. So I am "used" to how it affects my body. I'm also aware it covers only the last 72 hours.
The Plan B was taken over halfway through May (at least the 15th). Unfortunatly, I don't have a date for that, nor the subsequent period.
The last HPT I took was on June 18th (negative).
June's unprotected encounters occurred because I thought the bleeding was my period, since it came at its proper time. Since I didn't know it was only going to last three days, I had no way of knowing it wasn't a normal period.
I remember commenting to my bf about how my period seemed different on the first day, though, like (sorry if this is TMI) it didn't have the normal bloody smell.

that may be so, but i was commenting on the odds within the first 48 hours, which in the uk, with levonelle one step ( which is what's widely given here ) the odds are 10%. the poster has had sex on several occasions unprotected and this is not what the morning after pill is designed to deal with. it deals with a night of intercourse...not a night and then a night a few nights later and then another night a week or so later. so, i stand by my original answer.

Actually, Plan B has a 25% failure rate when taken within 72h of unprotected intercourse.

A HPT would be "reasonably" accurate about 14 days after unprotected sex.  You took Plan B in early May and said you took the latest test on the 18th but do not say what month.  Assuming you havent had unprotected sex since you took Plan B and you last tested in May then you need to retest.  If you havent had unprotected sex since early May and took a HPT on June 18th then you are not pregnant.  If you have had unprotected sex since taking Plan B then you need to test at the appropriate time (at least 14 days after the encounter).

why is plan b something you are used to?! it's there as a last resort, not a regular form of birth control. i've used it 3 times EVER and it's failed me twice. i used other contraception AS WELL. It has a 10% failure rate when taken within 48 hours of sex. you can't take it once in a month and expect it to work for several occasions of intercourse - they are the odds if you had sex ON ONE OCCASION. Maybe you'd consider getting more responsible about your sexual encounters? Firstly, if you don't want a baby and secondly if you don't want a nasty std. In answer to your query about bleeding, it could be plan b messing with your cycle, it could be implantation bleeding and it may also be an infection. so, test for pregnancy ( now it's not too early to ), pay a visit to the well woman clinic and hopefully by then you will have an answer.
