Low Ph Levels

My sister is 16 weeks and 4 days pregnant. She recently went to the hospital and found out some of her Ph Levels are low. She had lost some amniotic  fluid but nothing to worry about. She also is on pelvic rest for bleeding. This is her second child.  This one is giving us a lot of trouble. He's growing like he should , But what I want to know is if anyone knows what could cause her Ph levels to drop? I read something about not enough calcium which she doesn't drink milk, she drinks a lot of water and loves juice.  If anyone has any ideas please let me know.

Yes, She went to ET Yesterday, and the Dr said they were low and that she had lost some amniotic fluid.. She is having kind of a rough pregnancy with this baby they thought it was a tube pregnancy but that was rules out, and now shes doing good but she has bleeding and is on constant pelvis rest. I have never had a baby so I cant give her any advice. We just want to know why her Ph levels would be going down and causing her to lose fluid. They said the baby was fine, She's a small framed girl like 5 foot 2 and 102 pounds normally and had a C-section with the last baby. We just worry she could be losing this baby.

By pH levels. Do you mean on the urine tests the doctors do at every appointment?
