I have had it since I was 16 and still do at 30 it can make u feel like u are about to die. Doc told me eat 6 small meals a day and snacks I'm between. Keep peanuts on u all the time and peanut butter crackers. If u start to feel weak drink a glass of orange juice r eat a spoon full of peanut butter. If u eat right u will be fine. Don't skip meals be sure to eat

I this it started before this pregnancy my last one, I have a for month old and I am now 4w&5d with my second baby :-) :-) I have to eat dining small every to hours to keep me from fainting(doctor's advice for me, also helps with morning sickness) not junk food like carrots, Apple's, snacks hope that helps and congratulations on your pregnancy :-)

I have this happen periodically and when I took my 3 hour glucose it dropped to 57 and I felt like I was dying. My Dr. Told me to make sure I eat small meals every 3 hours and I always carry a protein bar with me. When you start feeling gross drink a glass of orange juice and it usually boost you up fast. Also peanut butter jelly sandwiches helped too for a quick fix.
