Low sitting baby...

I am 22 weeks and my baby boy is extremely low to the point that when he moves it hurts. His movements put tons of pressure on my anal and vaginal area. And it is the worst if I am up standing and he moves. I literally have to take a minute like I am having a small painful contraction. I figure he should be farther up by now. All movements are below my belly bottom.

So my question is has any with the same issue had any luck moving their baby??

I've been having the same trouble for about a week or so too and I'm 23 weeks gone, it seems to be affecting bowel movements as well which is annoying! I found being lay on my back with a hot water bottle eases the pain a bit but don't really like having it there

My son started low and stayed low, but try googling it. You can probably find some yoga poses that might help but baby may just go right back.
