Is it okay to eat a sub occasionally?
My 9b said lunch meat was ok if from the deli counter and that I didn't have to warm it up, but I do heat it up when I get hungry for a turkey sandwich.
I ate subs with my first and she was perfectly healthy &I I eat subs with this one . I just would eat them too often . You can also warn the meat to kill any extra Bacteria.
