I agree with everyone else. It's sounding like denial. Don't do what I did. I went a long time without seeing a doctor and made myself sick with worry and fear. (And reading WAY too many horror stories on the internet) If you're truely pregnant, you need to be doing what's best for your unborn child.

I read your last post and if you got a positive pregnancy test you are so in denial. I got pregnant the first time at 16. You NEED to see a doctor. You are an adult and you do have options but being in denial is going to come back to bite you in the butt. You are most likely not miscarrying if you don't bleed and if it was a missed miscarriage you wouldn't know. Be the adult that you are (you are 20 right?) and take care of yourself. SEE A DOCTOR!

I agree with Ashelen.  A doctor will be able to answer all of your questions and give you peace of mind.

please go to a doctor....this is getting ridiculous. you got a positive pregnancy test, and you didn't go to a doctor to get your pregnancy confirmed...and now you think you're miscarrying although you have no symptoms? Please go be seen, you really need some medical care. it is possible to have what's called a "missed miscarriage" but since you haven't even seen the doctor yet there's no way to know. you need to go to a doctor.
