Maybe Pregnant?

I'm not sure what's going on with my body at this point. I'm 18, and out on my own for the first time, and this is scary. My period is roughly two weeks late, my breasts are sore, and I'm having these terrible cramps that often give me a stomach ache. I'm cranky a lot, and impatient like I normally am right before my period hits, although my period still hasn't arrived. Is there a possibility that I'm pregnant?

Two wks late! You should take a test when you get a chance. Especially if you have been performing sex unprotectedly. Sounds like you could definetly be pregnant.

Its best you get yourself a pregnancy test and double check. The sooner the better, so you can put your mind at ease.

Hun, if you are having unprotected sex or are not any sort of contraceptive or have been taking them irregularly, then there is a good chance that you might be pregnant. BUT, if you are taking all the precautions then before stressing yourself to death, get yourself a home pregnancy test.

Often delayed periods are caused due to stress, and sometimes you can just have a bad / weird monthly cycle. I find it difficult judging whether you are pregnant or not just from symptoms... some months you can get all the symptoms of being pregnant but you are not and still get your period on time or just a day or two late. Hormones can be very 'up and down' each month.

It is stressful living on your own and with time it will get easier, I left home at 18 as well and it was really stressful, but once you get into your routine and get settled you have a great time! Just look after yourself and be safe!

sounds very like pregnancy symptoms. take a home pregnancy test, results will be accurate by now. if it is positive, make an appointment with your doctor straight away to discuss your options,. also if your feeling stressed about being on your own for the first time then this could delay your period. hope this helps good luck to you and take care,

if you bin sex active in the last 3 week and your piriod is late......maybe yes....but how realalaskancutie say.....go and take a test before you make crazy you self and if is negative go to see a doctor and if is positive....seat down them and start to think about....what now....what next....good luck.

Have you taken a pregnancy test yet? You say you're 2 weeks late, so if you take the test it will let you know. If you're not, go see the doc.
