Miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy- abnormal- Read please

So being at the ER on Tuesday, September 30th (due to bleeding several days) they took my hCG levels which were 10 points lower than they were on Monday. On Monday they were 139 and Tuesday it was 129. They did an ultrasound and couldn't see anything. They also did a pelvic exam and the doctor said everything looks good and that my cervix is closed.

I have not passed any blood clots or anything.

Yesterday the doctor called me saying I have an abnormal pregnancy that I have to go in tomorrow therefore I will have a biopsy done to see what is abnormal about the pregnancy. That's how she explained it.

I was looking forward to this pregnancy so much, but God knows what he is doing. :'( :/

Any one else have experienced this before?

I have a issue with these post for the simple fact that .... U ARE TO EARLY!!! They cannot see your baby. If u had a miscarriage u would bleed like u never have with horrible pain. If your baby hasnt fallen in the sack around 2 monthd then u are having ectopic pregnancy.When I was 6 weeks they didnt see ananything.  I had 3 ultra sounds and 5 vaginal ones they saw nothing but 4 months later im still Pregnant. .. wish u the best

That's what I'm hoping for to still be pregnant :/ but I guess I don't know what is going on. I am hoping for a miracle.

I had a miscarriage a year ago. Never bled, never had cramps, no signs, or anything. It is possible to miscarriage without the signs. After we were told it was an mc,  we waited a few weeks and had 2 more ultrasounds to confirm before we made any decisions. Just keep your head up, anything is possible.

You are still to early to see anything they should just keep checking ur levels and see if they start doubling  .. i had a miscarriage 2 yrs ago and had no signs no cramping no bleeding and i still had pregnancy symptoms and found out baby had been gone for a wk .. i got 2 ultrasounds to double check but my baby was gone and pretty much disolved at 8wks .. when i got preg 3 mos later they told me the same thing that i was gonna mc or my baby was in my tube but neither was true it was just to early ! My doc even said nothing should have been done until 7or 8wks so they could see the baby and look for heartbeat.. prayers all is well!!

I hope they can give me clear answers I know docs make mistakes I just want to know what is really going on.. Thank you.  :/
