Morning sickness when does it start and stop

With my son i had morning sickness from the start. But with this pregnancy it's started at about 10 weeks and is horrible at now 18 weeks.
However unlike typical morning sickness this mainly only happens in the morning. Every morning I feel sick with stomach vile. When does this stop or is there anything I can do to help it?

First pregnancy from week 10 until i gave birth at 38 weeks. Now second pregnancy from week 5 and im currently 34 weeks and 5days and i still have morning sickness but my doctor told me to drink b6 and unisom before bed at night and helps i did the same think with my first son b6 and unisom before bed and no more morning sickness i can eat and drink everything i want thank God

No telling when it stops, I'm suffering as well. But scents help. Soothing scents help me in the morning, I use lemon and ginger as soon as I get nauseous usually around 4:30-5am.
