I have had morning sickness with both pregnancies, mine is so bad I have to take nausea meds daily to prevent me from getting dehydrated from throwing up. I was told to eat frackers before bed and first thing in the morning before getting out of bed, it didn't help me but it's worth a try.. Also small meals several times a day and bland foods such as toast, potatoes. Best of luck to you. If none of that helps if talk to your doctor about possible medicine.
Thanks I'm currently taking medicine for the morning sickness as well it hasn't really helped the minute I take it I throw up
I would keep vanilla wafers by my bed and eat one or two before even moving from bed in the morning. My midwife said that salty crackers work for some people and simple cookies work for others. Try both and see if one works.
