Only about 30 mins and it makes it so different. Im due anyday. And just in the first 30 mins it has changed my out look so much. Cause everyone asks about the epidural. With me being a ftm I really wanna try to go natural. The way I look is women have been laboring and birthing children cor years with out the drugs why do we depend on them so much now. Thankfully my doctor is one that saus we are doing this your way its your experience.

^^^ yes its amazing and changed my entire view on birth. I changed to a midwife but my insurance won't cover home births so I'll still be in a hospital and I wanted an epi but now I want natural. I won't be laboring on my back I'll be in other positions and I recently bought a birthing ball. I have info on positions in my journals. But that movie made me learn way more about birth this time with my second. I did an obgyn and had pain meds and was on my back it ruined labor for me
