My birth story

So I started pre labor on Friday. Went to the doctors was at 1 1/2 cm. She said it wasnt likely that I would have my baby girl thru the weekend. So I went home and went about my day. Come Saturday morning around 6:30 I woke up to contractions about 7/9 mins apart went all day Saturday between 5/9 mims apart.  Finally about 9 pm they got to 3 mins apart. So we came to the hospital. Just to find out I was only at 1 1/2 cm dilated.  So theu had me walk for an hour and checked again. I was now almost to a 3. So I walked some more. My contractions got worse. So I ask to just be admitted cause I was progressing so fast. Come about 2:30am I was at a 5 and my contractions got more intense did that for about 5hrs. About 4:20 in the morning my water broke we thought it would be quick but, Come 8 in the morning I was still at a 5 and in soo much pain and decided to get an epidural. Wasnt my plan but it was a life saver. Being as by 8am I had been up and in labor for 28 hrs. So I continued to progress. Come about 4pm I was fully dilated but she wasnt down enough to push so we wanted and tried to push her lower but it didnt work. She was also face up. So my doctor decided that a c-section would be nest for both of us. So they prepped me and by 6:53 my baby girl was out.

For all you expecting mothers.....keep an open mind whem you go to delivery.  I wanted natural but decided to do the epidural. Witch was nice to get some rest. Good Luck to all you momma's you guys will do wonderful

Yes any kind of walkimg help. Or get a exercise ball and sit on it.

I turn 40 weeks the day she was born which was 6/8/2014. Weighing 7lbs 5 oz 19.75 inches long.

Congrats.... so walking even at a slow pace can help?  I wonder how long I could walk on my treadmill to help make progress
