Natural or Not!

Ladies I'm 24weeks
  My boyfriend & I agreed that I would have my first baby natural with no epidural. So my question is what should I expect?  Also who is or has had a natural Pregnancy? & Who isn't? Please Comment Answers. (THANKS)

Im on baby #3. Ive experienced giving birth with epidural (first baby) & naturally(second baby). So now that ive done both im TOTALLY going to  not have an epidural. Both ways you are going to experiece some sort of pain just alittle less with epidural, but it goes by soo fast itll be done & over with in no time. I taught myself a breathing technique y second pregnancy which was to take  deep breath in through nose and let it out through mouth everytime i was having a contraction during labor. I guess its like meditating and something like mind over matter. I also kept telling myself "im almost done, just acouple more pushes" then id judt push like NEVER BEFORE lol. Everyones diff. And only u can find a way for yourselves . Just relax during labor (easier said then done) because itll make it quicker and everything goes by faster wgen your not all tensed up, ull open faster. Both of my pregnancys I had meds an epidural.  I am going all natural this time.

I'm 23 weeks now and also plan a natural drug free birth. I will also birth at a birthing center where all the drugs aren't readily available. I cannot give you any tips yet but I know that our bodies are made for this and we can do it :)
I am so excited to experience this and want to be fully aware of every moment without exposing myself or baby to drugs. Good luck to you!
