I really don't think this one is true. When you are breastfeeding it can make them a bit gassy but then you are pregnant, dark chocolate especially is good for you if you need extra energy.
I'm not sure why it would be... other than the fact that it contains caffeine and is high in sugar. As long as you aren't binge eating it I don't see an issue

I never heard of that if so my baby could be in great danger I'm 36 weeks and I been over eating chocolate. Not sure it wasn't on the do not eat list.
