Cramping at 20 weeks

I am 20 weeks 4 days. I have had cramping on and off throughout most of my pregnancy. I thought it was gone and WHAM the last couple days they have been back.  I was just wondering who else around 20 weeks has been having cramps and how "severe" is normal. Mine are just like moderate period cramps. I know cramps can be normal or even a "good" thing because it means the uterus is growing but DARN these are annoying!!

Thanks girls. =) I'm not sure which one it is but there is no pattern at all and I had an ultrasound yesterday which showed my healthy lil' man and a "long" cervix so I'm not overly concerned...just annoyed. LoL.

Same here. If I start to exercise and I get cramps I know it's because I didn't drink enough water and I have to stop.

With BH you will feel part of your stomach tighten up during the contraction - have you noticed that happening?  If not, it could be something other than a BH contraction.

BTW: BH contractions tend to get worse  if you are dehydrated - be sure to drink plenty of fluids, if you arent already, and see if that helps at all.

I replied to your other post and I'll mention it in here also. Make sure those BH either go away after awhile or don't develop a pattern.

Thanks for the answer JoyRenee,  that had crossed my mind but I'm glad to hear it's normal. (I'm slightly paranoid LoL)
