New group for parents of newborns and infants!

I noticed that several people have asked recently about a forum dedicated to the parenting of newborns and/or infants, since the only MH group starts with age 1-5. I started a group specifically for the age of Newborn up to 1 year...so please feel free to join and ask any questions under the sun OR to post if you find any pertinent information (such as information from reputable sources about infant equipment safety recalls, or information about infant health and care).

Also feel free to join if you're expecting or TTC and want to get in on the helpful tips before your little one gets here...I hope to have a very active and lively group where people can get advice from other mothers who are or have been where they are!!

Great idea, Ivy :-)  You are so on the ball :-)

I'm CL of the Parenting Toddlers board and we do get the odd infant question on there - which is totally welcome since parents/caregivers of toddlers have obviously been through the infant stage - and since I have a 6 month old in addition to a toddler, I feel well equipped to respond to many of those inquiries anyway.....but this will give everyone another place to go for information/advice!

I hope I don't steal your thunder, J -- I just hope that a lot of people who might not otherwise ask an infant question there thinking it's inappropriate will find this a helpful place!

Yay! I'm excited now, I'm a member of the Toddler forum, but it will be nice to have a forum for infants too.
