Since no one else is explaining pregnancy time lines, I will. 0 weeks means two weeks before you conceived. 2 weeks is time of conception. 4 weeks is 2 weeks after conception and when most people miss their period. Pregnancy weeks are calculated from the first day of your last period.
If you have missed your period and have had a positive pregnancy test, you can set up an appointment with your doctor. Typically, they won't see you until between 8 and 10 weeks.
