Nipple Piercing won't come out!

I have had my nipples pierced for almost 7 years and only removed them once. I am now 27 weeks and want them out! My breasts are only getting bigger and I want to breastfeed. Im way too embarrassed to go to a tattoo shop and have some random guy take them out with this huge belly and nipples. Lol. I'm running out of options. I may just have to go to a shop, may be one with a female piercer. Would my dr be able to get them out safely? My nips are so sore from trying myself. Any suggestions from women with similar experiences???!!!!

A doc might not be as careful with them as a piercer would be.

My doctors have always looked at me like I was an idiot for having them done.. I had mine done for a few years and removed them a few months ago due to the sensitivity and soreness being prego.  They are very hard to remove if you have a captive bead ring. Its basically a hoop with one ball connecting the two ends.  That is what I had, and after watching a few tutorial videos online, and a pair of pliars and being super careful I FINALLY got them out. Good luck! But its def worth a trip to your piercer to keep from permanetly damaging the girls ;-)
