Nipple Soreness

Ok so I see so many women commenting about sore boobs. I just have sore nipples and they don't even bother me that much right now. I'm only five weeks pregnant. Will breast tenderness get worse as I go on? This is my second child but I barely remember my first pregnancy so any feedback would be great. I'm just worried there is something wrong because most pregnant women complain about it. I had a miscarriage last Sept. so I'm paranoid. Thoughts?

Different women will have different symptoms, and there's no rule that you have to have one thing or another or even have pregnancy symptoms. Symptoms, or lack of, do not indicate whether a pregnancy is healthy or viable. The claim is that nausea/vomiting is supposed to be a sign that a pregnancy is healthy, however I had a miscarriage last year in which I had severe nausea/vomiting and lost it a few days after I had a positive test. Overall I wouldn't worry.

I had a miscarriage in september too, now im 8 weeks pregnant. My breasts started hurting around week 5 and have been less sore the last few days. So they might get really sore then go away. You never know.

My boobs/nipples NEVER hurt when I was pregnant they only hurt when I started nursing! So you're not the only one:) and I'm sorry about your miscarriage:(

They might get worse they might not. Chances are they will since most of the symptoms don't diminish until around ten to twelve weeks. But try a supportive bra. Sports bras do wonders.
