Hahaha I agree. I eat whatever I want. Just make sure the meat is cooked but everything else, goes in my mouth ☺
There's a list of foods you're not suppose to eat? ..Oops lol. I think it might be a little late to look into it since I'm 34wks going on 35
They say don't eat bloody meat, and it's true bc of the bacteria all EXCEPT FOR steak. You can brown it and kill all the bad stuff. Lol gotta love rare steak. But my sushi I miss. I always ate the sashimi (fish on top) I eat the salmon but not the tuna one bc it's high in mercurh.
I definitely avoid all the things that are a food poisoning risk regardless of pregnant or not and I try really hard to have fruit, vegetables, dairy, grains, and a little bit of protein every day. But I still drink 2-3 cups of tea a day and probably 2-3 sodas a week.
Hate* lol sausage fingers
I eat whatever cheese and seafood i just make sure its nicely cooked. Anyways i have sushi lol
I eat what ever the hell I want lol
or whatever my baby is craveing
The only thing I will not touch
Is seafood since they say that the murcery
Can hurt the baby but that's about it
No. I eat what I'm hungry for. I just make sure to wash my hands and take proper sanitary measures to prevent food borne illness.
It drives me insane!!! I read on here a week or so ago about not being allowed to eat ice cream?! Seriously....if I ate it before I got pregnant I'm still going to while being pregnant! All I ate with my first pregnancy was cold turkey sub's from my fave store,me and my daughter were perfectly fine!! If I want to eat uncooked cookie dough I'm doing it. Tried of ppl making such a big deal out of it and turning it into "you must not care about your child" argument. If I'm hungry I'm eating it specially this pregnancy cause I always feel sick and have heartburn!
I avoid the stuff on the naughty list. I don't think it's worth the risk however small it may be. That's just me though, personally wouldn't forgive myself if anything happened.
Amen to that. Lol i mean if it's not anything toxic then do as your cravings say!
