Not sure :(

So in a previous post I was talking about the cramps and stuff I have been getting, well they stopped again. But my baby hasn't moved like she should. She's only moved somewhere between 10-20 times since Tuesday night and it is now Thrusday afternoon :( Is it normal? This is my first pregnancy and everyone told me that I was experiencing early labor signs, but does the baby almost stop moving when you get so far along? I'm 40 weeks and 1 day.

I would def go and get bub checked out, she should still be moving, even though the type of movement changes, you should still feel movement of some type every hour, they do say at least 10 per hour even at the late stages of pregnancy, so, your worried, go and get her checked out

It just worries me that she is barely moving at all. 10-20 times in the lapse of 2 days is what worries me the most, I know she's cramped in there, but everything I've tried hasn't seemed to work. I also keep getting a sharp pain in my lower left side and I can feel tremendous pressure in my lower stomach.

As long as you feel her moving even slightly you should be fine. Your at the point where baby can't move much anymore so to feel less movements is normal

I've heard the baby moves way less right before you go into labor and doesn't move at all during labor. I'm 27weeks and a first time mom, so that's just going by what other moms have told me.
