I'm afraid of getting diabetes too @shelbyxox because all I ever want is smoothies, frosted cheerios, cinnamon applesauce, and any little debbie cake I can get a hold of :/

I have the same problem, I crave sweets like crazy! I'm so afraid of getting diabetes haha but its just so difficult for me to eat veggies, I have to force myself.
I want sweets after every meal..!
Thats me if i eat normal food has to be after i ate a fruit roll up with lucas;) or ice cream
That's the thing I don't like sweets but for about a month now that's all I've wanted. Nothing healthy :(.
You might just need some extra sugar, who knows?? So what if you want to indulge a little. Cravings always come and go so who knows, maybe next week it'll be something else.. I would just have it and enjoy it.
