Yoga and stretches get in childs pose to stretch out your back and have your man rub it gengtly with lotion you cannot have alot of pressure its not good during pregnancy im a massage thearpist and learned about prenatal care
Maybe walking around will help out
Heat packs are highly advised in australia they even supply them in l&d. Try counter pressure have you'r partner warm his hands up and push on the saw part of your back.
I have sciatica (the baby is pinching my sciatic nerve. And there are a few exersices that help and try using an ice pack instead of heating pad. I was using a heating pad before and the doctor said to switch to ice to reduce inflimation and its helped. I still have pain but its barable now
I've had really bad back pain, first you shouldn't use heat pads, and my pain is nerve pain and muscular and the Dr said it ain't gonna go until baby is here now so you just got hang in there girl :) I no it's horrible but will be worth it
