37 weeks. Help please

I'm almost 36 weeks and starting to have problems sleeping. I toss and turn, wake up hot. My face has been puffy and flushed looking since yesterday. My right foot is a lot more swollen than my left. This is my first pregnancy and I don't know what is normal?

You should call your OB or L&D and talk to them. Sleeping problems are pretty common. especially since its so hard to get comfy. I have to sleep with a fan pointed directly on me and still wake up sweating. Swelling is normal as long as its not major. As for the foot swelling...definitely talk to a doctor. If there is any pain it could be a sign of a blood clot.

I'm sorry to say that it is. I'm in the exact same boat as you right now, minus the swelling. Just try to relax there isn't much you can do. Maybe walk for a minute around the room will help.
