Ovulation cramping...???? baby asprin prevent m/c??

I went through 2 miscarriages so far this year, in Jan and Feb. I have now had my first normal period and out of nowhere me and my husband decided to start trying again. We were going to wait untill Sep. anyway today is day 14 of my cycle and we have had sex yesterday and this morning. Well i am noticing that today i am having some cramping on my left saide. not severe or anything but definately can feel it. Is this ovulation cramping or does this maybe have to do with me concieveing?(correct spelling??)  I know we have no problem what so ever getting pregnant, its just starying pregnant. im already scared to death of another m/c. Anyone know what this may be?  Also i heard baby asprin can help prevcent m/c...is that true? is it safe?

I think you may be experiencing some pain from ovulation.  The day I found out I was pregnant I was having some pain below my belly button ( right in the center).  About the baby asprin.... I am also taking baby asprin but I did see a specialist after 2 MC and after lots of blood work they decided to put me on asprin.  It really is something you should talk to your doctor about.  Maybe you could schedule an appt with a reproductive endocrinologist for further testing.

So Hyena5 did you have a child previous to your m/c? Just wondering because I have a soon to be 5 years old and that's why it's so puzzling as to why I've had 2 m/c. My first m.c was very late in the game I was 10 weeks along. The 2nd one was 6 weeks into the game. So that's why my Dr. wasn't sure if it was my body or just alot of stress in my life. Thanks for the great info girls!

after my second MC my Dr did a whole pannel of blood work to see what was causing me to MC they took like 10 vials of blood and it took about a month to get the results....and it did the trick I lost one baby this pregnancy but still have 2 healthy babies inside.

My Dr. also has me on baby asprin. I have had 3 previous miscarriages. I tested positive from a RUSSEL VIPOR VENOM test. IT'S VERY RARE. It is a blood clotting disorder as well. I took it pretty much all nine months with my daughter (4th pregnancy) and she was born just fine. I would ask your Dr. to test you for blood clotting problems.

the baby asprin can only help prevent MC if you have tested pos for a clotting disorder......if not asprin can be harmful so I wouldn't suggest taking it on your own unless advised by your OB I however do take it as I had 2 MC's and now am carrying twins and am already 5 months

Well I'm in the same boat as you are. I've also had 2 m/c and trying again and it's the same for me we had sex and then cramping...ugh! I'm not sure what it is. I'm thinking it's just ovulation cramping. Don't worry too much! Everything will work out. About the aspirin thing I would ask your Dr. about that. I know for some women it works but only if they have something going on with them. I wouldn't take it unless directed by your Dr. Good luck and I hope we both get our BFP this month!!! Yay!!!
