Hi there
Im the proud new first time mum of an 8 week old baby boy and I have PCOD also...
Its definately possible although a little more difficult to conceive with it. In your case a little more so with ur husbands issue. It took us about 2 years but once I was on the medication it only took 3 months. If you research the internet or go into a health store there are effective herbal remedies too such as tribulus and vertex.
I would also recommend most definately both of you seeing a chiropracter that deals with infertility issues on a regular basis. Chiropracter is something that has definately helped us conceive. It regulated my periods and encouraged my body to ovulate and produce a mature egg.
You definately need to not let it get to you though and stress you out because this will cause your body not to do the things you need it to do in order to conceive. Relax about it and it will happen. We conceived on a month were we were having a 'break'from it.

Best of Luck to you and remember to be positive too -it will happen!
