How are you mommas doing?? JJ is tree weeks now breastfeeding like a champ.started to get little rolls hehehe starting to get chunky! I'm doing great can't complain I can be a grouch at some points of the day lack of sleep I'm sure. I stopped bleeding after 2 weeks and have had on and off bleeding. Sometimes its dark and sometimes bright red. Is this normal?? Also after during walking i still feel pain and pressure in my vag. Minus the baby. Hmm. I have my post partum visit in 3 weeks.
They said theybarnt gonna switch him justyet because hes on the eaisest there is for tummys hes just not a good eater. :/
My mom said a tablespoon of chamoille helps for gas/ constpation i havrnt tried it myself yet. Ive done.tummy rubs, warm bath, leg pumping, gripe water, back rubs. Just about everything. Somedays nothing.works at all! Baby is still learning how to use their muscles so im sure its normal!

You should try switching his formula maybe it's not sitting in his tummy right ? my son takes 3oz every 3 hours
My son is also 3 weeks old he was born May11th he weighed 6lb 4.8oz and at his two week check up he weighed 7lb 7oz (: glad he gained alittle . When he was 2 weeks he would go the most 3 days without pooping I called my doctor and he said it was normal that if they went up to 6 days without pooping that's when you need to go in for a check up (:
I never heard of gas drops being badd?? If you look up the reviews theres 300+ on amazon of the gas drops helping parents hm. But do what you think is right! No wet diapers means hes not dehydrated and eating alot. My son only poops once a day and sometimea goes 2-3 days without pooping which is normal for breastfed babies. And yes i got him circumsized in the hospital qhen he was a day old it healed in 5 days:) his belly button fell off after 7 days. Hes pretty much good to go. Next dr appt in July!
Did you have your son circumized? Also yes i will get those asap lol mt nicu told me not to use gas drops but i did with my daughter nicu tol me not to so im glad yo hear another mom doinng do so lol but yes. And diapers they told me not to stimulate him to much.. so i can change 10 plus diapers doesthat mwan hes dehydrated?
Sounds pretty normal his intake! As long as hes having wet diapers your in the clear! I go through like 10+ wet diapers a day! Atleast yiur little man is strong and hes a fighter! Thats great! He'll get the hang of things soon! I recommend those gas drops though gas problems will come and go! Gripe water is good as well but you have to give alot and tge gas drops you just give a couple drops its concentrated! I keep it in my diaper bag def a must have! Thank you! Lol oh idk that feeling i just feel like all my lottle bones down there are gonna fall out! Yeah atvfirst he was a terrible burper! Oh god was it terrible. Lol! But i have it down pat now. Brycen they said hes just a slow learner. It took him a while to take nipple. I mean he still have res. Distress at times. So hes trying so hard. Dr just said hes got little big guy syndrome and hes sobtiny he thinks he can eat more then he really can now that hes finially not beinf fed by tube! Lol he was throwing up so much in small spirts n so random hpurs after feedings :/ it broke my heart. But hes getting there. Just takes time i guess. But awh congrats tho! What day did you have him!
Awe your poor baby boyy(( hope hes doing much bettet!! Im excluesively breast feeding its hard to know how much hes taking in! I assuming hes emptying me and when i pimp i get 2-3 ounces. So sounds pretty normal what your boy is drinking! Is he burping after feedings??Do yiu think he might have colic? JJ is not a good burper and has some gas problems, just started up with that and now after some feedings I give him a does of little remedies gas drops! Works wonders. He'll burp and fart couple times after he nurses then hes ready for more then sleeps like a baby should. He feeds 10-15 mins on each side ever 3-4 hours i try not to let him go past 4. I hate the feeling i try to explain it and it feels like im giving birth again jst not as painful feels like my insides r gonna fall out!! Lol
My son is three weeks born at 6lb 13oz. He weighs 6 4 now and was in the nicu for the first two weeks. :/ he doesnt feed wekk how many ounces is jj takinv and how often ? My son is just now getting 2 oz down every three hours and spitting up a little. We switched hi from 3 oz every four hours due to insain.vomiting his tummy couldn handle it. Also im now just spotting and having a bad discharge. ! But all is good i know the pressure feeling your talkin about. Yeah it happens in random spirts ans sometimes i feel like my bones are about to break! Lol down there!!!
