Pain

I am 14 weeks pregnant and last night I got up to pee and I had a pain as in cramping.. I went to hospital and baby was all fine. But I'm just concerned on what could have caused it because I've had a uti before pregnancy and it was nothing compared to the pain I had..

I would recommend talking to your OB about being checked for kidney stones. I had two episodes of stones during my pregnancy, and it was the worst pain of my life. Literally... worse than labor in my opinion. They can check your urine for kidney stones, so be sure to get checked immediately.

As others have stated though, it very well could be the enlarging of your uterus. I remember that pain being very mild and resembling period cramps.
