Pain every night

I'm a day off from being 32 weeks with my second pregnancy and I'm huge! For the past couple of weeks I've been getting pain under both my breasts like the baby is right up in my ribs. I've tried moving in different positions and some nights it helps but other times it doesn't.
What do I do?

I'll mention it again today at my appointment (:
Oh yes I do and somehow it doesn't help either sadly.

Argh!  Babies can do this but then all of a sudden move.  I don't think there is a lot you can do.  At your doctor's appointment, see if your doctor has any suggestions.  The last few weeks of pregnancy are brutal.  There is just no way to sugar coat that.  Hang in there and hopefully baby will drop a bit soon or move.  good luck hon

Oh, and do you have a recliner or anything you can sleep in?  I had a friend who did that and it helped her.
