Paranoid of water breaking in public. Lol
Anyone else paranoid about there waters breaking at work or in public? I'm only 32w2days but I'm so scared about it happening early and in public.
When and where did your water break? :)
Iv packed extra pants and undies in my car just incase. Lol

I was 37W when my water broke when I was watching TV. It came with gush and made a big mess on the couch. I had Maxi pads at home, by the time we got to the hospital it was full and my pants were soaking wet. So it can go either way big gush or drippings. I suggest you to keep a few Maxi pads in your car and purse, bc it can happen anywhere, but it is very natural, no one is gonna laugh at you, they will help you. so don't worry about it just be prepared
My water broke in a big gush just as I lifted my leg to climb into bed. I'm a teacher and was so scared my water would break in front of my class. Fortunately, I teach prenatal and early childhood development, so my students would have been a little informed ...
I was at home on the toliet. I felt a ton of pressure right before and it only trickled out it wasn't a gush or anything.
Im afraid my will brake during school that be so emberessing >.< il just shly walk out the room
My daughter came out in her sac of water the midwife was very suprised because she could feel them bolging wen she checked me. X
I was in the hospital bed with early labor and dilating slowly. It woke me up because I thought some pee trickled out. Whenever I went to walk or shift positions more would come out. Babies head kept a lot in there. Lol.

My waters have only ever gone at the last minute...my last labour a few wks ago only took 2hrs 50 but my waters went seconds before his head was out, I dont even recall losing them with my daughter and with my first son they were broken for me. I think its fairly uncommon to have it happen first, but at the end of pregnancy you dont care where it happens, you're just so desperate to have it over with!

Lol I hope it doesn't happen to me haha I know with my firstmy water didn't brake on its own they did it in the hospital :) We will see how everything goes this time :D
And it was weird because when they broke it at the hospital it did only trickle out. But when it broke on it its own it was like a gush...I was leaving a water path thru my house lol.
I've read only 10-15% of women have their water break before labour. It's also not always a gush sometimes a slow trickle. Haha yeah it us cool.. wonder how many women have had it happen in the right place..right time!
Trust me when your water breaks the last thing on your mind is going to be to change your pants and unless your wearing a diaper its going to soak through by the time you get to the hospital. My water only broke with my 4th baby. The other 3 were induced. I was at home with my hubby because we were supposed to be induced the next morning. So my 3 kids were at my grandmas house. Well it was alsmost 11pm and we were getting last minute things ready for the hospital trip the next day and right when i picked up my puppy to put her in the laundry room...I felt the "pop" lol It was gross! I yelled to my hubby "my water just broke!" Poor thing he was exhausted from all the cleaning we did during the day. By the time we got to the hospital my clothes were soaked and it was sticky and it smelled like sitting water. He did like 80 mph all the way to the hospital and I had 1 contraction lol.
I promise you wont be embarassed or anything youll be to focused on your little one arriving! Good Luck to you! Hopefully ou wont have to yell "clean up on aisle 12! " LOL

I'm from Australia :) That's pretty funny that they give you that. Lol well I hope of mine do pop, it'll be at home :)
Man....I need to pop on over to the UK!! Haha. I'm in Arkansas, they don't give a crap here lol
A lot of women dont have their water break until after labour is in full swing. Don't worry about it :) I dunno where you live but here in the UK if your water breaks in a certain shop they give you vouchers or money for baby.! Haha.
I'm scared of the same thing!!!! The last thing I wanna do is make someone mop up my amniotic fluid haha. I would be SO EMBARASSED!! good idea to keep clean pants in your car! :)
