Period almost 3 months late, negative tests, pregnant?

My last menstrual period was on October 9th, and I have not spotted or bled at all since then.
That is very unusual for me as my periods are pretty regular and I have never missed one until now.
I have taken 3 at home pregnancy tests (most recently today) and they have all been negative.
I also took a urine test at the hospital which was also neg.

I have been feeling a bit strange lately.
My back aches, I am more tired than usual, I get full a lot faster than I used to, and my stomach muscles ache like I have been working out for hours or like I have a "rock" in my gut type of feeling even though I have not done any excess exercise/activities.

I just have a gut feeling I could be pregnant.

Could I still be pregnant, or what else could it be?

I had take four pregnancy tests that were all negative. And when I had gone to the hospital, it said negative as well. But I knew I was pregnant, lol so, I went to an obgyn and the woman was said "so, it looked like it was coming up negative but then I noticed a very very faint line popping up." She went on to say that some girls pregnancy's don't appear on the tests or urine, at times.

my mom hcg levels wasn't detected until her 5 month and my sister her 4 month and have read some women went all the way to there 6 month. The blood and the ultrasounds wasn't showing they was until then. That is so crazy. As I just told my friend Im waiting for this period and Feb which would make my 5 month to see if I am. It ***** but it the risk I made upon myself. I feel like I am but sometimes I blame my signs on other things.
