thanks.. i feel fine now, now more spotting just a dull ache in my lower back, thanks for the input everyone i will let you know how tomorrow goes,
sometimes right after you go to the doctors and they exam you, you can spot. also your body may not completely register that you are pregnant and if it is around the time that you usually get your period you could have spotting. also if you had sex with your husband, that can induce spotting.
my suggestions is go out and get what to expect when your expecting. this is my 2nd pregnancy and i still refer to that book. it will tell you signs of a miscarriage. and when not to be worried. even tho you can find that stuff on the web i think the book is more informational then searching the web when you want to know something.
There really isn't anything the ER can do for you and they are not as knowledgeable when it comes to pregnancy-related things. If you aren't having pain then I wouldn't spend the money to be told there's nothing they can do. I would call the doctor in the morning and they will probably have you come in to have your HCG levels and progesterone levels tested. If your progesterone comes back lower than 20 then you should take progesterone supplements to try to prevent a miscarriage.
*HUGS* I KNOW firsthand how scary this is so I'm glad you've come here seeking help.
thanks guys. Im really worried, we have been trying for 10 months to get pregnant. and it finally happened. If i start to spot anymore i will head to the ER. But do you think I will be ok and not have to go to the er now?
Anytime you have bleeding you need to call your doctor. It could mean nothing (implantation bleeding) or it could mean early miscarriage. Best to get it checked out.
Brown blood usually means old blood and hopefully this is all it is for you. If it continues then I would say go to the er and have them do an u/s or at the very least check your blood to make sure that you levels are still going up. I would say rest up and put your feet up and drink lots of water :)
