glucose test and baby death

i am going to have my glucose test tomorrow , i am wonder if i dont pass my test the first time or the second time , am i going to loss my baby? one lady told me that she lost her baby due to glucose test . i am so worry :( thanks ladies

Dont get worried sweets.. I m diabatic frm 28th week n i have gained 15kg till now n still  i kave 8 weeks to go.. Everything seems fine n hopefully it will be.. I have reduced my sugar intake but i havent stoppd it totally.. O pray all of us have a smooth pregnancy amen :)

You should not need to diet or fast... . Some people try to avoid extra sugary stuff the day before.. but its only if you fail that they sometimes require that..

I ate peanut butter toast before going and i passed with flying colours...  You will either have it or you wont, eating something small and healthy before hand wont hurt it.. Plus the drink will be rough on an empty stomach.

it is not so bad..  Keep in mind that most people who have gestational diabetes are fine.. many get to just balance it with a diet change, others use insulin.. It would be the rare case to lose your baby because of it...

Dont stress yourself out until you know the results..

I had my test n everthin was fine I'm 12weeks along n I haven't gained anythin I have lost a a lot I was 265 befor n now I'm 257 so u shouldn't worry about it

i am not affraid of test , i gain 9 pounds only this month , still under weight i should gain 25 pound but i gain 19 that 9 pound of that i just got this month. i talk to a lady after coming back from doctor and she said her sister lost her baby because she got diabities , i am so worry about it , i love to eat now , i am hungary all the time , if i dont eat i will shake so bad,should i get diet? or fast?

By glucose test u mean ur GTT which wud tell either u have gastational diabities or not??? Well hun i hv diabities from 28th week n now i m 32 weeks preggo..i m controllin my  sugar through diet n me n my baby r fine according to my last scan..r u affraid of the test procedure or wat?
