Postpartum advice??
any advice for postpartum pains down there? And stinging during ruination?
I loved the witch hazel pads, they numbed everything down there for me... Definitely agree with the spray bottle! Use it with warm water.
Don't drink acidic drunks for one. I learned that lesson the hard way. Use the spray bottle at you pee and only tap dry. Make sure the water if fresh and really hot water helps soothe the pain. Use the tucks pads if available for you as well as they provide a spray to numb the area. They are lifesaving! I also felt so much comfortable with very thick pads. I ripped straight up the front and litterally was in tears every time I peed.
