Prayers Needed!! Cleft lip??

I received a call from my obg/yn saying that after reviewing my ultrasound that my baby might have a cleft lip. The university is going to do an ultrasound to look further into it. Me and my husband both are really worried, is this a common mistake? Any advice from mom's who have gone through this??

Sending prayers your way! Keep in mind that mistakes can always be made and they could be wrong. If anything they'll be able to do surgery and fix it when the baby is born. Things will be okay :)

My old best friend was born with a cleft pallete. She's now 22 and you can't tell she's had it unless you know about it and look close. She got her last surgery when she was like 12 or 13

Sending prayers up. My nephew is now 6months and was born with a cleft lip and cleft palate.  He just recently had his.surgery and is doing great. He is the MOST beautiful and strong baby boy I know. Dont worry just trust GOD

I just don't want him to go through anything he doesn't have to, I know I won't love him any less. I just want to make sure everything is ok. I appreciate all of your prayers. My doctor was wrong before about him having cystic fibrosis, hopefully they're wrong about this as well.

My Son Was Born W an incomplete cleft lip which means it isnt the whole full part of the lip missin bt its going to hard to get used to at first rest asure there are corrective surgeries &support groups for this birth defect my son was very blessed he Didnt have the cleft palette either which makes feeding diffulcult. he has grown up to be one of the smartest strongest kids I kno &im not just sayin this because hes my son he is really something special . I Gave Birth At 17 Yrs Old Teenage Pregnancy Causes Cleft Lip &Smoking During Early Pregnancy I Wish You Well Mama Its Gona B Hard To Get Used To Bt You Will Still Love Ur Daughter All The Same.
