Yes, they did a biopsy and the test came back that I have pre cancerous cells and I missed my period Sunday. I called the doctors office yesterday and asked if it was still possible to get pregnant and they said yes and sugguested i take a pregnancy test this weekend.

This is something you should discuss with your doctor. To ease your mind, a negative HPV is very reassuring. Talk to your doc and make sure you have those follow up paps to keep an eye on everything. Pre cancerous does not always mean you will develop cancer, but it is something that needs to be watched.

I had abnormal paps for 4 yrs, was never told it affected pregnancy, merely needed 2-3 paps a yr along with the colposcopy. Pre cancerous also was told itv didn't mean cancer but could become cancer so they just monitored... When I recently came out v pregnant I got my first normal pap!

Pinkco,  this is a question for your doctor.  What did your doctor say?  Sometimes the advice is,  if you're planning to have kids do it soon because you're likely to be infertile later,  and sometimes the advice (depending on medical issues) is hold off getting pregnant and deal with the cancer.

You really need clear medical advice,  based on YOUR symptoms and lab results to make this decision.

Best wishes.
