I'm sorry you're going through this! I was diagnosed, but a lot later (35 weeks, if I recall correctly), and I know it's different having it that much earlier. It was touch and go, and I was observed in the hospital a number of times. As much as possible, take it easy, breathe deeply, and find your zen (which is much easier said that done, I know). I had high bp and headaches. Occasionally some mild URQ pain. I was due to be induced at 36w6d at 8AM but went into spontaneous labor 4.5 hours before that. Labor was super fast - started at 3:30 and was hardcore by 4:30. We got to the hospital around 6 and I was 7.5cm, 9 at 7:30. Baby's heart dropped a lot after they broke my water, so I wound up with an emergency C-section. BUT...he was healthy and did well. I got a 12-hour mag drip post delivery and did well. After a brief period of normal right after birth, my bp went back up and was very stubborn. It took a full year to normalize. This surprised the doctors but I read a study that said it wasn't entirely uncommon.
Good luck! I hope it goes smoothly and you can get in a few more weeks!
